FKS Publishers Ltd. were already a big player in the football sticker market as can been seen in another part of this web site if you visit the FKS section.
In the mid to late 70's though, they ventured into the Trumps Card game with this, their first collection, called Soccer Stars 76/77. However, if you take a closer look at the cards shown below, they are exactly the same photos that were used in the sticker book collection of the same name, also produced that year.
Not very imaginative, but I suppose an easy money maker!!
