This set consisted of 256 stickers although realistically it was around 400 that your were collecting as the individual players were half the size of the team stickers and were numbered 'a and b' - for example Kevin Keegan and Gordon Hill were together on one sticker numbered 55a and 55b.
Again, as with the previous years Euro Album, the stickers represented all the major European Clubs and their star players, although this time the national badges were left out.
The inside of the front cover listed the the names of the clubs taking part in each of the 3 European Competitions for the 1977-78 season, together with the countries that each club represented. The middle four pages showed action pictures and results from the previous seasons 3 European Competition Finals.
One thing that puzzles me about this album is that there are only 'action' pictures representing the West German (BRD) section. I'm not sure why the West German team photos and star players were not present - maybe the Federation of the country didn't allow it. If anyone knows the reason could they please enlighten me.
