This was the very first Panini Football Album that I bought, way back when I was 9 years old. I think it was the first album that Panini issued through 'Minicards Ltd., London' that covered clubs from all 32 European countries. These were the days when 'League Champions' only got entry into the European Cup and 'Cup Winners' entered the now extinct European Cup Winners Cup. There was none of this 2nd, 3rd and 4th place rubbish that they have nowadays for commercial purposes.
The set of 288 stickers represented all of the top European Clubs, the countries national badge and their star players, with a printed section on the history of League and Cup winners in each country also being provided. The inside of the back cover listed the the names of the clubs taking part in each of the 3 European Competitions for the 1976-77 season, together with the countries that each club represented.
